• How can I track my order?

      • Via the Shop app
      • Using the tracking link sent by email when your order was dispatched
    • What are the delivery charges?

      Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected delivery method and the destination country. For further information, please see our delivery policy by clicking here.

    • Which countries do you deliver to?

      KIDYWOLF delivers to many countries across Europe. The full list of available destinations can be found in our delivery policy by clicking here.

    • What are the delivery times?

      From the date your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

      • Belgium: 2 to 3 working days
      • France, the Netherlands and Germany: 2 to 4 working days
      • Rest of Europe: 4 to 5 working days

      These times are for guidance only and may vary depending on carrier workload, particularly during busy periods.

    • I forgot to select a collection point when placing my order.

      If no collection point has been selected, one will be automatically assigned by the carrier. Once the order has been confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to change this on our end. Please contact the carrier directly if you wish to make any changes.

    • I’m having a problem with the delivery of my parcel.

      We would first ask you to contact the carrier directly using the tracking link you received by email. If the problem persists, our team is on hand to help (sav@kidywolf.com)

    • What happens if I’m not at home when the parcel is delivered?

      If you’re not at home, the courier may make a further delivery attempt or leave your parcel at a nearby collection point. If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us.
