
Shipping policy
All goods and services are delivered to the address you specify when ordering. If the address you have indicated is incorrect, it will be your responsibility and may incur additional charges.
Three delivery methods are possible via: Mondial Relay/DPD/DHL
During the ordering process, you will be informed of any shipping costs. These are definitively calculated at the end of the ordering process, before the "Proceed to payment" stage and before the payment is processed by our STRIP service provider.
The risks incurred will be transferred to you at the actual delivery of the product to the address you have indicated. From this moment, we decline all responsibility in case of loss or destruction of the product.
The products are delivered, as much as possible, within 48h to 120h in Western Europe after the validation of the order. If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will inform you as soon as possible. In no event, a possible delay will give rise to compensation. In the exceptional case where we are unable to deliver the order within 30 days of the validation of the order, you can cancel the sales contract by contacting our customer service. The products ordered will be refunded in full (including shipping costs if you have taken care of them) within 30 days.
You must make sure that the products are suitable for your needs and meet your expectations. We do not guarantee that the products comply with your individual requirements. The products are standard and have not been custom designed. For any dispute, you can contact our customer service.
In case the products are damaged during transport or the delivered products differ from the ordered products, you must inform us as soon as possible and in any case within 3 days, by contacting our customer service.
We accept no liability for any indirect damage caused by late delivery or lack of delivery by Mondial Relay/DPD/DHL. In this case, our liability remains limited to the value of items that are proven to have not been received by the customer.
Our shipments are always done at our risk. So you do not have to worry if goods are lost during shipment. However, if you return goods within 14 days of purchase, because you do not want to keep them, you are responsible for their transportation.
If the goods delivered by us are damaged during transport, they do not correspond to the items mentioned on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you have ordered, you are required to report as soon as possible and in all cases within 3 days, and send us the items within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Return and exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase made from the NESPART srl website, and we always do our best to offer you quality articles and service.
The return costs will be at your expense. A refund or return against a valid coupon online are the options available to you.
To return, you must fill in the information requested on the return slip and slip this return with the items in the package. The return certificate can be obtained on request at the following address sav@kidywolf.com.
In the case of a full refund against refund, we will refund the total amount of the order excluding delivery charges.
In the case of a partial return against refund, the delivery costs remain due, we only refund the amount of returned items. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned items and will use the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction.
If you wish to exchange an item, a coupon of the value of your item will be sent to you upon receipt of your return so that you can re-order. Coupon is redeemable on any purchase of at least the coupon value.
In any case, the items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, with their labels and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
