    • My memory card isn't being recognised. What should I do?

      To ensure optimal performance, the KIDYEXPLORE is compatible with microSD cards:

      • Up to 128 GB maximum
      • Formatted to FAT32

      If your card is not detected, we recommend that you check its capacity and file system before inserting it into the device.
    • Can we take photos and videos?

      Yes! The KIDYEXPLORE makes it easy to capture all your discoveries thanks to its built-in photo and video functions. The files are saved directly to the microSD card (not included) so they can be viewed later on a computer.
    • Is KIDYEXPLORE water-resistant?

      Yes! The camera end of the KIDYEXPLORE is designed for use in fresh water, making it even easier for children to explore their surroundings.


      ⚠️ Please note: only the camera part may be submerged. The rest of the device must not be placed in water.
