    • I would like to return a product. How do I go about it?

      You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

      Products must be returned:

      • In their original condition
      • In their original packaging
      • With all accessories included

      Please contact our team at sav@kidywolf.com to obtain return instructions and the form to include with your parcel.
    • Can I exchange a product?

      We do not currently offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it in accordance with our returns policy and then place a new order.
