Do the prices shown include VAT? Yes! All prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate. Any delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed before you confirm your order.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. You can also view your order in your customer account. If you still can’t find your order confirmation, please contact our team at sav@kidywolf.com.

Can I cancel my order? To ensure prompt dispatch, orders are automatically forwarded to our logistics centre as soon as they are confirmed. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed? Once your order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed by our logistics team. Unfortunately, this means it is no longer possible to change the contents of your order or your delivery address.

How do I get my invoice? Simply contact our team at sav@kidywolf.com, quoting your order number. We will send it to you as soon as possible.
