    • How do I use a promotional code?

      At checkout, simply enter your promotional code in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field. The discount will be applied automatically provided the terms and conditions are met.
    • How do I use a gift card?

      Enter your gift card code in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field at checkout.

      Gift cards:

      • Are valid exclusively on the KIDYWOLF website
      • Can be used in one or more transactions
      • Are valid for 12 months

      If necessary, you can top up the remaining amount using another payment method.
    • I forgot to use my promo code or gift card.

      Promo codes and gift cards must be applied before the order is confirmed. Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to apply them retrospectively.
    • How long is a gift card valid for?

      KIDYWOLF gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used until the available balance has been used up.
